One of the great frustrations in a hot sellers market is that Buyers have a hard time finding a home in their price range that is actually WORTH it. My criteria in this search was that they had at least 2 BRs, and were built no earlier than 2004.  And there are plenty to choose from - at the time of this posting, there were 170 single residence homes listed, and 90 condominiums.
